ABOUT GISSELL
GISSELL HAS OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TRAINING ALL LEVEL OF FITNESS.
As a former Registered Dental Hygienist Gissell had made a very tough decision to leave hygiene to pursue her passion in fitness and nutrition.
She continued her studies specializing in overall health and wellness so she is able to provide her clients with the most up-to-date information for optimal results. She provides one-on-one training and has developed a successful online evolutionary way of training; delivering results.
She has found such great success in her career shift. Her mission is to provide a place and a space for people to grow and transform. With her expert advice she is able to educate her clients in the area of fitness, nutrition and overall health and well-being.
Gissell has focused her studies in the area of cellular nutrition, understanding the science behind cellular health for optimal well-being.
Gissell founded body.by.design in 2020 with a vision to spread inspiration, power and optimism so others can achieve their fitness goals. She has taken the time over the years to strategize and test a system that works when it comes to building lean muscle mass and overall healthy lifestyle.
PURPOSE OF TRAINING

At body.by.design we evaluate our clients to understand how to tailor to their needs when it comes to fitness and nutrition. We conduct a health-history evaluations thru a detailed questionnaire. We take a look at past health-history and work on breaking barrier that maybe holding you back from levelling up.
At body.by.design our main goal is to make sure that your body becomes strong from within before we physically have you lifting weights. Our purpose is to create a stronger better version of yourself through a style of training that will challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally.
So if you want to ignite your body and strengthen your body all you need to do is start moving with our FIT FAMILY.

MINDSET TRAINING
It won’t be easy, it never gets easy, we get stronger and then we can see the progress. Change only happens when you are forced to step outside your comfort zone. Mindset is the driver, your mind will allow you to reach new heights, believe in what you can do so you can get stronger to do more. Allow yourself to maintain a beginner mentality so you can step into it to be ready to learn and grow.
EQUIPMENT
No equipment no problem, many of my clients start off with a water bottle and a mat. These workouts target all fitness levels. I teach you to make this your workout and as you develop strength you will naturally want to lift heavier.
You will need:

- Light dumbbell 2 Lb arm toning routines
- Light dumbbell 5-10 Lb
- Medium dumbell 10-15 Lb
- Heavy dumbbell 15- as your heart desires
- Resistance band
- Mini bands
Thursday Pilates & Restorative Stretch
- Tennis ball
- Roller
- 2 yoga blocks
